Deborah Douglas is known as a "STRESS ELIMINATION SPECIALIST" because all the services and classes she offers at LifeArts help reduce or eliminate stress. She is a Reiki Master Practitioner (RMP), Certified Aromatherapist (CA), Certified Tai Chi Instructor (CTCI), Certified Yoga Instructor (CYI) and she holds the title of Renchi (6th degree black belt) in an Okinawan style of Karate called ShorinRyu.

Due to the pandemic that we are experiencing at this time, all classes are offered on ZOOM. 1 60 minute Reiki session $75 plus a FREE Aroma Therapy Consultation and essential oil blend (Value $60). Here at LifeArts, we are so excited to be able to offer our Hatha Yoga sessions online. Now you can enjoy your yoga practice from the comfort of your own home in your sacred place that you have created.
