This is the second time (and there will be a third time) we hired Rolf Schroeder and his team to improve our home. This project entailed a FULL basement remodel. We couldn't be happier! Rolf and his team listened to our needs and they were more than sensitive to our budget. Did we run over budget? Yes, but it was NOT THEIR FAULT. We chose to add other items to the project than what we originally agreed to. Rolf and Derek were more than willing to work with us. What was the result? Our home looks way better that it did before. They will be welcomed back with open arms when it comes time to remodel

Remodeled master bathroom in April 2021. We started with a design, our hands were held during selection process and all material were in before project started. All days were productive. We knew in advance who was coming & when. The carpenters, Jack & Doug were not only professional but polite, clean, and easy to talk to. They never turned me away when I’d poke my nose into their workday. Rolf Schroeder & everyone who works with him is held to a higher level than any other GC I’ve met. Rolf and his team did a wonderful job replacing our 40+ year old master bath. Stripped it down to the studs, replaced walls, ceiling, flooring, tile and fixtures. Beautiful job done quickly and professionally. Rolf and Derek stayed on top of the work with daily visits and a personal interest in making sure the work was done well and on time.
