When traveling on US101 into Ukiah, take exit 548B toward E Gobbi Street. Follow Gobbi Street westward until you reach the intersection with South State Street, and turn right.

I've never been to Moirs as I live in Abilene, TX. We recently had the worst storm in 100 years, experiencing minus temps, power and water outages that lasted days. After the storm passed, our pool pump was destroyed. We called multiple West Texas pool companies and were told it would be months before they would be able to get pumps back in stock as many were effected. My sister is from Ukiah and called Moirs. I believe it was Don who assisted us in locating a new pump. The pump arrived today and we are beyond grateful. Thank you so much!!!

Stay far away they are liars they sold me a pump for my pool and said that the outer case was old but the motor was new when installed did not work open the lid to see if the motor had calcium deposits and looked older than the motor that it was replacing to me that is called a bold face lie do not do business with them unless you like to be lied to scammed and not treated fairly I know you can't please everybody but when you've spent upwards of 3+ thousand dollars and familyHas spent the same and you can't go above and take a slight loss at this point to help your customer out

WOW! I'd driven by Moir's several times in the past but never gone in. First of all I was shocked at the size of the building and inventory. Everything under one roof from Pools and Spas chemicals not to mention all the high quality patio furniture. I'd been looking for a spa to purchase but every store I'd been in only had a limited selection. Moir's must of had 10-12 spas on the floor. So after a couple of hours talking with Don and Teresa I made my selection and had it delivered. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend Moir's to anyone

I am very satisfied with my purchase here! Very friendly and didn't hover too much if you know what I mean. We went in to look and were swept away! So made the purchase on a Sat any between the rain and the upcoming holiday they were still able to deliver my backyard getaway that following Mon!! So great full to start filling her up! Who knew the thing I would have to wait the longest was the electrician!! What I get for having bad timing I guess. Very satisfied with Moir's.

Last spring my wife and I went to Moir's to buy a pool and a hot tub (called a spa these days, but I still call them hot tubs). We had a complicated plan that involved quite a bit of excavation due to living on a hill, some cement work, deck work, and a gated fence. Don and his wife spent a tremendous amount of time with us making suggestions, explaining details, answering questions (and I had a LOT of questions!) and recommending someone to do all the work.

A few weeks ago I noticed my hot tub was not hot, of course this was after a long day of aches and pains and I was super bummed. I fiddled with the controllers and pouted my way back to the house.
I googled hot tub repairs, with Aqua Man (lake port) coming up as my solution. I called Aqua man and spoke to "Scott" who said he could come the following week for $180.00 just to see the hot tub and then go from there. So booked the appointment, what else could I do..??
Then to my surprise, my hot tub kicked on and started heating again, I waited a whole day before I canceled my appointment

I bought a spa from them four or five years ago. It has started to leak water from the jets and Moirs does not have a technician to fix the problem. I was advised to try and locate the leaks and they would give me the parts. There were so many leaks that I did not want to tackle the problem. My suggestion, don't sell products you can't service!
