I had a bridesmaids dress altered here and paid around 100 dollars to have it hemmed and the straps shortened…. so tell me why the straps fell down constantly and the dress was still hanging on the floor, enough for me to trip over the whole time. I hadn’t had a dress altered in so long I didn’t know how much a reasonable price would be but 100 is NOT it, especially to get a dress back that no work was done on. So, if you want to be robbed and get back the exact same dress not altered go there. If not, your local dry cleaners will do it in 5 days tops for a QUARTER of the price. Thanks for

I just had my wedding and it was important to me to wear my mother's wedding dress since she passed away years ago before I was dating my husband because I wanted her to know what my wedding dress looked like. She told me I could alter it and do whatever I wanted. I wanted the dress to still be recognizable as her dress but some of the '80s details had to go. It also didn't fit me, too small. I came here after David’s bridal did my initial alterations which basically destroyed my wedding dress less than a month before my wedding. She fit me in even on her tight schedule and completely saved my wedding day!! My dress came back absolutely perfect with everything fixed that was messed up from the Davids bridal alterations. Charlotte is an absolute delight to work with! I have brought dresses to her for simple hems, but she was able to assist in making my wedding dress fit like a glove. Not only did she make the necessary alterations faster than I anticipated but she offered to steam my veil prior to my wedding. I will always go to her for anything I need altered and would recommend her to anyone. She is an amazing woman!

Highly recommend coming here - I’m so happy with the results!! I came in to get a bridesmaids dress hemmed and taken in about half an inch on either side. The owner is so nice, professional, and her work is perfect! It took about a week to complete. The dress now fits me like a glove!
(Also, While waiting to try my dress on again when picking up, about five other people came in to pick up items as well, all as happy as I was with their results!)

Charlotte is a gem and her work is absolutely amazing! I brought my wedding dress in to have a few different alterations done, and even with the intricacy my dress had, Charlotte did a flawless job. She makes sure she gives you undivided attention during your fittings, spending plenty of time to ensure you are happy with the alterations, and yet the quality that you get for her prices is extremely fair. She had the alterations done in a timely manner and she was just the sweetest to communicate with! I would 10/10 recommend anyone to Perfect Fit, I am so thankful I was able to find her!

I picked up my wedding dress yesterday from Charlotte and it fits me like a glove. I was initially worried about having it altered because the dress needed to be shortened by about a foot and it has a ton of detail work along the bottom and the train, so I was worried all of the would need to be cut off. However, Charlotte worked her magic and not only does my dress fit me, but it's more beautiful than it was when I bought it! On top of Charlotte being an incredibly skilled seamstress, her prices are fair. I know she put in a ton of work on my dress, due to the amount of layers on the skirt, but

I made a last minute wedding dress purchase three weeks prior to my wedding date. I brought it in for alterations and she completed everything in a week for an amazing price.
