I run a restaurant in Cerritos and these guys really saved us this holiday season. The lighting on our exterior signage went out during a period of heavy rain on one of our most important days of the season. Ernie & Bob were extremely responsive and were able to partially diagnose the problem via email and text. They came out the same day, in the rain! and were able to get us back up and running at a very reasonable price. Thanks guys!

I sent an email and the response from the owner was that not enough information was provided for a quote. There was a photo of the sign, dimensions and a rendering of the sign and where it would be going and he couldnt seem to understand what I was asking for. Seriously, its a sign and you own a sign company. How are you not able to provide a quote with what I provided. The quote I requested was for a total of 14 SIGNS. We are talking MONEY!!! Owner, get yourself someone smarter than you that can reply to emails and get estimated quotes for future work.

Consistently great service. Our property sits on 9 acres so we need a lot of signs from time to time. The Sign Factory products are good quality & last a long time. As a non-profit with a tight budget, this as well as a competitive pricing matters to us.
