My hunt for my first home was literally been a multi-year process. Mitch worked extremely well with my 89 year old mother. He was able to present the information in a way she was able to understand, simply and with respect. He was also flexible enough to let her "try things her way" before she was able to accept his very reasonable suggestions in preparing her property to sell. Once she made the changes to her property, it sold in less than one week!
Mitch was on vacation when the offer came on my mother's property. Even on vacation, Mitch corresponded with me daily to make sure everything was done to complete the offer and close this deal for us.
