Randy and his staff are absolutely incredible. Night and day difference from any other pharmacy I've ever been to. The only pharmacy I know of that truly cares about their clients. Everyone is so pleasant and accommodating. I didn't think that was still a thing in pharma, but it is and it's here. I have expensive prescriptions I fill every month and I never understood how I could be treated like I don't matter. Extremely kind, professional, helpful, and accommodating staff. We have been going there for 20 years. They bend over backwards to help you get your medicine in a timely fashion. Swan Pharmacy in Wauwatosa is special place for many reasons, and while it’s services and value are certainly different for each individual, it is a passion of mine to provide genuine feedback to places like this - good or bad.
As someone who has used both pharmacies over the years, I can say without reservation, that Swan is indeed superior to Walgreens in every single aspect - with the exception that Swan isn’t open 24 hours.
Swan fills with high quality generic drugs when the name brand is not available, and will always get a medication you might need, if it isn’t in stock to begin with

My mom has been going here for 3 + years and she’s willing to pay hundreds for her medications out of pocket rather than to go to a cvs where her insurance will pay because she loves there customer service & says they treat her like a person, not a number and they really CARE!!! I have grown up with Swan as my family pharmacy for years and I just LOVE them. When trying to reorder my perscription after a long road trip, I realized I didn't have the order number with me. One quick phone call and they took care of it NO HASSLE without even having to come in. It just isn't the same anywhere else. Wonderful people and wonderful service.
