When I called AAA I said need battery I ask will they bring new battery and put in was told yes. All that was done was jump it I had fellow campers said they could jump so used a call for nothing....went bought battery from auto zone 215.00 and they can't put in told me to go to good year they were nasty said leave it ill see when I'm not from that area so yes if you guys would of brought battery installed it wouldn't be mad now I have to pay here at home to install so not happy

Very professional and answered all questions I had! Our driver, Ranzo, was so nice and friendly with my 4 year old who was fascinated with the process of loading and towing our vehicle. I would absolutely, 100% recommend and plan on using Chuck’s again if the situation arises!

I called Chuck's Towing in Sullivan because I had locked myself out of my car. The lady I spoke to told me it would be a 30 minute wait. The driver showed up, got my car unlocked and I was back on the road less than 30 minutes from the time I called them. 😁 I definitely was a happy customer. Fast and friendly service! I would definitely recommend them.

My niece and nephew had passed away in a head on collision. They were passengers in the car that was hit. I live 500 miles away and was going to Missouri to take care of the paperwork. I called to see if I may stop by to pick up their personal belongings. Here again the accident was not the fault of the driver of the vehicle. They were only passengers in the vehicle. All 3 people passed away in the vehicle. I was told that I could not collect their belongings until the tow and storage charges were brought up to date. The drivers parent were not sure who the insurance carrier was. Thanks to a friend

Great service, Driver stay in constant contact with me, arrived exactly when he said he would. Ryan was very friendly and professional. Dropped my truck exactly where I asked him too, even though it wasn't in the most convenient place for him.

Had a flat in the middle of nowhere Missouri. Chucks was the closest at 20+ miles away. Greg did a great job, changed my tire and jumped my car very quickly. He arrived earlier than estimated too. The only thing is that he put my spare on my front instead of swapping to the back. I didnt have far to go and only could drive 30 mph so I didnt mind.
