For centuries, the San Juan mountains of southwest Colorado have lured adventuresome men and women in search of treasure. Some sought gold and silver; others trapped beaver; many found incomparable wealth just in the area's breathtaking beauty. For the hunter, treasure is abundant in the form of exceptional trophy elk and mule deer.
Our hunting ranches, at the base of the rugged San Juans, are in the heart of some of the finest guided hunting to be found anywhere in the Rocky Mountain West. More Boone & Crockett deer have come from this area than anywhere in the world; the number one typical and former number two non-typical were taken within 15 miles of our main camp.

Services
Note: All deer licenses are by drawing only; application due early April. We employ one guide for every two guests, but one-on-one guided hunts are available for an extra fee. This hunt takes place in the mule deer's summer range, at altitudes from 7,000 to 11,500 feet. We hunt from ground blinds as well as spot and stalk, depending upon the weather conditions.
You are with us seven days and you hunt five days for most hunts. We also have two 3-day hunts available. Plan on arriving the day before your hunt starts, after 1 p.m., please. We'll fix you dinner and have an orientation session. If you arrive earlier than the day before your hunt, you will need to make hotel reservations.
