Alan did a very good job for us! He gave us a fair price for power washing our home. I was looking to have the entire home done and he told me it wasn't needed only certain areas. I appreciated his honesty and not just charging me for something I didn't really need. He saw the job through and was concerned about my satisfaction with the project. Alan was awesome, my metal roof looks amazing after getting washed. 5 stars across the board. He was on time and very responsive. He was here longer than expected, but still stuck by his original quote. I have already given 2 business cards out. Highly recommend. And will use him for future pressure washing needs.

Thanks to Alan and Angel with Top Priority Exterior Cleaning. I asked to pressure wash my dock and sea wall which was a smelly mess after the water receded in the canal. Some kind of mollusk? Not barnacles. Alan responded quickly to my request for an estimate and gave me a very reasonable price to do the job BY BOAT FROM THE WATER (better angle… for pressure cleaning). They exceeded my expectations by getting the job done right away! What a huge difference the cleaning made! If you live on a canal, you’ve surely noticed what a mess the high water left behind!
