You're covered - We only use company employees and carry liability and workers comp insurance. If you're not 100% satisfied with our work, we will immediately send our team back to fix the issue.

We love Specialized Property Care! We tried two different yard care companies and we weren't satisfied with their weed control or their customer service. Specialized Property Care not only delivers on service, they also do a great job keeping our yard in great shape!! They also are fantastic with snow removal.
