Essential Lighting Solutions is a premier lighting contractor providing turn-key lighting upgrade solutions that are designed to reduce energy and maintenance costs, improve the quality of lighting and provide systems and services that are environmentally responsible. We service many industries and markets from manufacturing, warehousing and industrial to healthcare, education, and property management.
Essential Lighting Solutions performs a comprehensive investment grade lighting audit prior to submitting all lighting proposals. We use IESNA (Illuminating Engineering Society) standards at all times. Pre-audit meeting to discuss the existing lighting systems and any current issues the client may be experiencing.
Occupancy sensors save energy by automatically turning off lights in spaces that are unoccupied. When motion is detected, the sensor activates a control device that turns the lights on. If no motion is detected within a specified period of time, the lights are turned off until motion is sensed again.
A pre-construction meeting is scheduled at the job-site, which will include the Project Manager, Account Manager and client representative(s). All client safety requirements, logistical considerations and scheduling of project work dates and times will be discussed during this meeting. Crew training will take place prior to the start of any work.
