Services
Full-Time and Part-Time employees are eligible for payroll deduction. Please provide your physical street address (home address). We cannot ship to a PO Box # or Camden Clark Medical Center. Orders are processed during daytime business hours, Monday through Friday (8:30am - 4:30pm). Weekend and evening orders are processed by the following business day.
All uniforms will be monogrammed and delivered to your facility along with any additional items ordered. A 20% discount will be applied to CUP approved items when you log into your account. You will see the 2 different prices on each item when you are logged in correctly. Please note on the checkout page in the comments sections the monogramming you would like on your garments.
Full-time and part-time employees of LMC are eligible for payroll deduction. All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period. If you have outstanding deductions, you will not be able to login again until both deductions expire. Thanks for your understanding. Each employee must activate their account before they are eligible to use payroll.
