The Koeze Company story began when Sibbele Koeze emigrated to America from the Netherlands in the 1880's. He built upon his Old World commitment to handcrafted, artisanal food while establishing in 1910 a thriving produce business in Grand Rapids, Michigan.
In 1925 we began manufacturing fine, handcrafted Peanut Butter and today we still make our Cream-Nut and Organic Sweet Ella's natural peanut butter on the same equipment using the same manufacturing methods. In 1977, hoping to bring the Dutch tradition of chocolate confections to our customers, we began making Gourmet Chocolates which have grown to be a tradition in many homes across the country.

I had a great experience here. From the tastings that they offered to the very friendly employees all around the store. Such a great place to purchase gifts. They even let me return one that I mistook for a different box and replaced it with the one I intended to purchase without any questions. Thanks for the great service!

What a great find!! COLOSSAL CASHEWS are absolutely amazing and make a great gift in a beautiful jar. Nut Krack Pecans are so delicious too! This is going to make a fun Michigan gift. Milk chocolate, dark chocolate, jelly beans, this store has it all. They packaged up my purchase in a nice bag with tissue paper. I cannot wait to go back. Oh, and from the moment you walk in you are warmly greeted. The service is top notch!!

Buyer beware!!! When u send a gift they enclose a flyer with pricing so the recipient can see what you paid for the gift you sent!!! When asked about it was told they r a business and its advertising... i received 10 gift baskets for Christmas this year NOT one included a flyer, never mind with pricing. i think customer service is terrible

I've enjoyed Koeze nuts and chocolate for years. Now, I've worked for the company for two years during the holiday season. Koeze is a good company with excellent management, kind staff members, generous compensation, and excellent customer service. My hope is to continue working for Koeze during the holiday season for many years to come.

I moved away from here almost 20 years ago, but not a year has gone by that I don't think of Koeze's Nut House! Birthdays and Christmases have been so much fun when I've ordered these for other family members who have moved away. You really can't beat this place. The best, and largest nuts you'll find. Their Puddles are divine! And don't get me started on all the other goodies.
The price is well worth it. This year I sent some to people who had never heard of the place. They made quite an impresssion, as always!!

Delicious chocolate and other candy! Their nuts are super good too. Something from Koeze's would make a great gift. You absolutely have to try their caramel apples in the fall! Imagine: a tasty apple enveloped by creamy caramel, rolled in nuts. The caramel apples are definitely not cheap, but they do have a coupon in the Grand Rapids Press around the end of October. They also have a location on the East Beltline.
