This includes almost 30 years as partners in our Suffolk County-based practice, focused exclusively on bankruptcy and insolvency matters. Mr. Macco is one of only two Chapter 13 trustees in the Eastern District of New York, giving him in-depth knowledge of consumer bankruptcy from all perspectives.

I had closed my business that left me with a large debt. I had met and spoke with Rick Stern several times for a consultation. He never asked for a penny. Every time I called the office he was available to speak. Not only is he a ethical lawyer, he genuinely cares about his clients. The whole process was simple and quick.
