Rapid Mole Response was just that rapid. Chris, I believe his name was courtesy professional friendly and and knew his job well. He educated me on the procedure that would be taking place and why and what it would show.

Matt did above and beyond the mold detection in the toxic home we have been living in. He was amazing. He didnt leave a thing uninpected. I have never seen anyone like him in this business! Iām located in Michigan and we just had Dan out yesterday to take care of some mold we just found. The job ended up being bigger than we thought it would be but the price stayed the same that I was quoted over the phone, Dan was honest and thorough in explaining everything, and the area was contained well while he worked and was thoroughly cleaned before he left. We will definitely be using him, and Rapid Mold Removal, when we get the ok from our insurance company to demo the wet wall in our kitchen and dining room. Also, the person I spoke with over the phone to set up the appointment was friendly

I dont know how they are still in business. they did nothing right in trying to remove the mold from my home. they charged way too much money and left nothing but a mess. when you try to talk to someone at the office you get the run around. they have no idea what they are doing. if they are certified they shoudnt be. their technician came into my home and yelled at me when i asked him to explain to me why he left such a horrible mess. he left his bags of garbage for me to dispose of. there was no plastic sheets used to protect the rest of the house from being contaminated. in fact, i dont have

Wish I would have read the reviews on this company before I hired them. Extremely dishonest. Not surprised they have been accused of doing illegal work as stated in some of the other reviews. They ended up costing me over $1,500-and refused to acknowledge that they did anything wrong. One cover up after another. These guys might give you the least expensive bid-but run away. Wish I would have.

HIRING RAPID MOLD REMOVAL LLC WAS THE BIGGEST MISTAKE I EVER MADE!!
I've referred Rapid Mold Removal LLC on several occasions to my customers in the past with no problems, until now!! When I first hired them they said it would take a total of 2 days to treat a small area of mold and to remove all the insulation inside the attic, it's been almost 30 days now since the work was started and they're still not done, in fact they decided to stop the job and walk away and leave us all stranded!! This decision was made by James (manager) and the owner of the company according to Angela

This company came in to remediate mold from improperly installed windows. They not only damaged baseboards in one room, they damaged a Brand NEW dishwasher. And then sprayed sealer paint all over everything including windows,curtains and walls. They even left a dozen bags of garbage in our yard that we had to call about to have removed!!!
First they insult us and offer $200.
Next they try and lie to get out of paying for delivery and installation.
They are refusing to pay for anything saying its incidental damage.
Damage is damage..
