R & R Powder Coating
For 20 years, we've been the first choice finisher for those who want the very best in industrial powder coating. R&R now has two facilities: our original in Dallas, N.C., and our newest in Lincolnton, N.C. We've tripled our number of batch ovens and also tripled the capacity of our conveyor line process.

Bring us your big parts, small parts, huge quantities, limited quantities. We're ready like never before. Unlike liquid paint, our powder coating adds a durable, uniform finish with NO solvents and NO VOCs. All wastewater is closely monitored and filtered. And we use recycled materials for packaging and shipping.
Services
R&R Powder Coating, Inc. is a family-owned business specializing in the application of fine pigment powders onto metal surfaces for a smooth, durable finish. Our powder coating expertise has been leveraged in virtually every industrial sector; and we're known across the region for our commitment to total customer satisfaction.
R&R's batch coating system is custom-made for you. Our batch operation includes large wash and pre-treatment areas, oversize coating booths and three bake ovens. For large quantities, we've got two conveyor lines that get the job done with unbeatable speed and consistency. All cleaning, drying and curing are done automatically, while the powder coating is sprayed manually to assure complete and uniform coverage on every part.
You won't find any trace of harmful solvents or VOCs in our powder coatings. But you will find the strictest quality control standards. We go to great lengths to enhance the corrosion-resistance, longevity and attractiveness of your finished parts. For parts requiring sandblasting, we use a tough 80-grit aluminum oxide in an enclosed environment to remove paint and surface rust before we proceed with the pretreatment washing and rinsing.

I took a vintage cast iron chair to have it sandblasted and powder coated. They broke the back piece and welded it back crooked, so now, I can't put the piece back together. Then, instead of fixing that before I came to get it, someone there actually drilled a hole in the seat so that the now-crooked back would fit!

So, every cent I paid R&R is wasted, because I now have to have all the powder coat removed, have the back "unwelded" and welded back correctly, the drilled hole filled in, and then the whole thing re-powder coated.

When I went to get the piece, I was asked

We used R&R Powder Coating for a large order of brackets for a wedding pavilion that we were building. Everyone there was very knowledgeable and friendly. They finished my order several days before the deadline and came it at an awesome price. The quality of the powder coating was perfect. This is a very professional establishment and I highly recommend them!

I talked to Randy, and brought my cooling tins for my '66 Volkswagen Beetle Engine in to be powder coated in satin black. They were pretty cruddy and rusty in spots...

When I arrived there I wasn't sure if this was the right place, as it looked like most if their business was industrial beams and huge parts. They take smaller items to their Shelby shop.

When I got them back in a week, I was surprised how beautiful they looked! didn't break my budget ( $175 )
Thank you R&R!

I highly recommend them! Excellent work!
