Your roof and siding are two of the biggest areas of your home and they are also two of the most delicate areas to clean. They are designed to withstand rain and wind, but with the exception of certain circumstances, power washing is no longer the preferred method to get them clean. While power washing does work, there are risks of removing paint that is less than perfect, blowing out seals on doors and windows and pushing water through door jams and other openings that can cause water damage inside the home.

Conventional pressure washing uses cold water and power washing uses hot water at near boiling temps. Our equipment reaches 200 degrees and kills mold, viruses, bacteria and fungus. Cleaning at this temperature and pressure is extremely efficient and yields outstanding results. We also can clean delicate surfaces with very low pressure in a process called soft washing.
Professional with everything they did if I could leave more stars I would if you need something cleaned these are the guys to go with. Sean runs a very customer-focused business! Since we have sensitivities in our family, we had questions and concerns regarding the products that would be. Sean and his helper did an excellent job on cleaning the cobwebs, mold, dirt, and debris from my mobile home including the windows and screens.

Sean and crew did a fantastic job! Have used Sean twice now to power wash the exterior of my house, concrete patio that surrounds the pool along with our driveway. I had no idea spray washing equipment can be so technologically advanced. But everything came out super clean and wouldn't hesitate to use Sean again in the future!

Wow! What an amazing job this company did on our home! We have a unique home on a step hillside with special needs that ladders just wouldn't do the job. Sean's experience for many years in the sign business clearly gave him the edge in getting our job. I had confidence from day one that his bucket truck with his experience could handle the step driveway and high points on our home. He did it with ease, and most important with fantastic customer service from the top down!! His employees had the same customer first attitude which I found very refreshing!! Sean did amazing work with my house washing. He is very detail oriented and care about taking care about people's houses. He has not only great knowledge but also innovative methods and skills for washing, preserving houses for people. My house was covered with moss and spider webs. Sean and his Powerclean crew did a fantastic job at our home. They cleaned our driveway and the sidewalk out front and we were very pleased with the results. Wow, what a difference! I called Powerclean and within an hour Sean was at my house to give me a quote. We set up time early the following week to get the job done including power washing my 2 story stucco house, driveway, garage floor, and fence. Sean worked extremely hard all day until the job was finished. Everything looks great. The house almost looks as if It was freshly painted with how clean it is. We appreciated the effort he put in.
