The customer service at Ambiance Design was wonderful. I had some valance clips from my Hunter Douglas blinds break and needed to be replaced. Ambiance Design never disappoints! My most recent purchase and installation was for wood blinds in my daughter’s room. Prior to that, Laura @ Ambiance has helped me with choosing a style of plantation shutters that Ambiance has since installed in 5 rooms in our home. I have worked with Ambiance a few times and every time they have been fabulous to work with from Abigail and all the young ladies at the front desk to Chris our wonderful installer. He really cares about just making sure that the customer is absolutely satisfied with the work that he does. The work I needed Ambiance to do had to be rescheduled a few times due to delays because of weather and COVID, but Ambiance always made it so easy to reschedule my appointments.
