Would actually give about four and a half stars out of 5.Was getting frustrated when I had no contact after 8 weeks,But was assured in my follow-up calls that awning was shipped and I would be contacted within 24 hrs to schedule installation,yet heard nothing back for 2weeks until was surprised by a call that the installers would be out the next day.
The installation team was very thorough and professional and did an awesome job.The awning is beautiful and have already enjoyed hours under it. Can't stress enough what a superior product it is.My only negative comment is while I understand that

Atlantic Awning is amazing!! I had a special project that they were incredibly helpful with. We wanted to make a cover for our dog crate and needed a company that could see through thicker fabric. They figured all the measurements and did the sewing. It came out spectacular! They were open minded, totally service oriented and their communication was exceptional!

On Friday 8/23, I sent them an email essentially saying that if they do not complete the awning by the end of the month, I will file a report with the BBB and the attorney general of MA, and will sue them. On Monday, I called them and finally got Mark on the phone, he told me he would complete the job on Friday 8/30. I called him back on Thursday and he said that they were still missing a few things but he'll try to have everything ready on Friday as planned, and will install around noon. On Friday, I called him at noon and he said that there was still some aspect of the awning that does not

I wish I could write a review without even giving a single star to this extremely poor managed company. As an interior designer I have worked with numerous companies in the past for clients in many different states, never in my experiences I had to put up with a company with such dishonest, unorganized, poorly managed, horrible customer service!! If It was possible, no star. This company is completely dishonest. Cheryl Yennaco is a liar . After sending 50% deposit , over $1000 for some awnings to be installed on my store, and being told for several months that the job was going to be done soon, I was told that they could not perform the job. And of course, my deposit will be sent back to me soon. I have been waiting for the check for the past few months. I am now suing them. These people should not be allowed to stay in business and keep ripping people off. Stay away from them. I only wished I had read some reviews about them Apparently

I have worked at The Coach Stop Restaurant for many years.
Since the addition of the seasonal panels that Atlantic Awning has fabricated and installed, patrons and employees have had the opportunity to enjoy our outdoor seating area all year long.
Not only are the panels well made and aesthetically pleasing, but they do a fantastic job keeping the area warm and dry in inclement weather.
The panels are taken down in the spring and stored and protected by Atlantic Awning, and then they are re-installed in the fall.
I highly recommend Atlantic Awning for the quality of their products

This was by far the WORST experience I have ever had with a company of any size. Customer service and communication is absolutely non existent. The timeline we were "guaranteed" was quadrupled. They were happy to take our money and we had to nag for updates and finally installation for months on end. I usually take negative yelp reviews with a grain of salt but now I know better! Please read all of these reviews thoroughly. As an owner of two local small businesses who was taken for quite a ride- DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.
