Highly recommend this Practice and Dr. Karp. We were referred to Dr. Karp by our Neurologist and what a great experience. Dr. Karp’s kind and gentle manner was perfect for our 8 year old son. The evaluation went seamlessly, she is great with children. After our evaluation Dr. Karp was quick to deliver our results, she has been wonderful communicating with our school and getting him the accommodations he needs. The office staff is great too, they too check in making sure all request were fulfilled. Thank you Dr. Karp and Staff for being there for Our Family!!

This is an excellent Audiology practice! I am a new patient. First I called on Friday afternoon and got their answering service and had a question. this person sent a message to the practice that I have a question. I did not expect to get a call back until Monday. Dr. Melissa Karp called me within 30 minutes of getting the message. She gave me an answer and listened to why I needed to see her. This was so awesome! I live in the university area of Charlotte which is 30 or more minutes away from their practice. The drive was well worth the time and effort! They are extremely nice, caring, and professional

I am a 71 year old. After two years of trying to adjust my existing hearing aids to better understand conversations within a group setting, it occurred to me that my problem understanding was something more than just hearing. Dr. Karp is amazing. She actually listens to her patients, and isn't dismissive of concerns like so many other doctors. My so was tested for APD here and its a very long test. Dr. Karp broke up the sessions and let him take breaks whenever he felt he needed to. She is incredibly kind, and patient. She also really knows her stuff! If you are concerned that your child might have APD, go see Dr. Karp, you will feel like family, and not just another number.

Dr. Karp is a very knowledgeable audiologist who makes every effort to make you as comfortable as possible and is very patient with making sure you understand everything. I also purchased new Oticon hearing aids through her office and the process was very smooth and I couldn't be happier. I strongly recommend this place for people of all ages.
