Dr. William Cohen is very knowledgeable, caring, and efficient. From my first visit, he listened to my concerns, explained everything to me and was straight to the point! Dr. Cohen’s staff is always friendly and courteous at every visit. Additionally, prompt about filling out paperwork for work/insurance. The office is clean and following COVID-19 guidelines.

Dr Cohen is my hero! My mother-in-law has been shuffled from doctor to doctor for nearly a year with no success. From the first visit, I felt like we had finally found someone who actually understood her issue and had a plan (this wasn't a common problem, something rather rare). He listened, mapped out a plan, and tackled the issue. We had to go the surgical route, but my MIL and I were confident that this would finally be fixed. We are so incredibly pleased and grateful! I'm 61 years old and was having a hard time breathing with my deviated septum. What a great experience I have had with Dr. COHEN and his staff. Very efficient, friendly, punctual and helpful. Dr. COHEN did a great job I hardly had any pain, did not bruise at all. I healed exactly like he said. ( of course, I followed the Dr's orders) very professional. This place was recommended to me as the only ENT practice in network. I was able to call and try and schedule an appointment for an infection on my face that Ive had for about a month. The lady on the phone told me that the first available appointment was the 26th of July. I told her that I had an infection and by that time, half of my face would be missing. She spoke to her office manager and they arranged for me to come in at 8:45 the next day, even though they opened at 9. That is what I call patient care and accommodation!

I saw Dr. Cohen as a new patient. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort. They squeezed me in earlier than I was scheduled. His office staff is awesome. His receptionist was compassionate and very patient with me. His nurse assistant was so sweet and understanding. Dr. Cohen is professional, a wonderful listener, knowledgeable and super sweet. I met Dr. Cohen over a year ago through my primary care physician’s recommendation. I am so relieved I finally found an ENT who not only has the skill, knowledge and experience to help me, he has such a warm and friendly personality. I have unfortunately had a few very bad experiences with a past ENT which I will not go into, but Dr. Cohen completely fixed all my issues. The previous surgeon really messed me up.

I got my tonsils removed on 1/11/19 by Dr.Cohen and I must say he did an amazing job. He gave me very clear instructions of what to do to heal as quickly as possible. The surgery was painless and quick. Everything turned out great. I'm almost 100% and started eating solid foods with no problems. But most important what I like about Dr. Cohen is that he listens to what you have to say and is a very easy doctor to talk too. He cares about his patients. He really does. I recommend him to anyone that needs to see an ENT doctor or needs to get their tonsils removed. Thank you Dr. Cohen you did a spectacular
