Custom Fireplace Patio and BBQ is the Bay Area's full-service Fireplace, Gas Insert, BBQ, Outdoor Cabinets, and alfresco living specialist. Serving the Bay Area since 1976, we are locally owned and operated. We pride ourselves on listening to our customers and offering them sound advice and guidance through every step of their project.
Custom Fireplace has the largest in house service technician team in the area. We employ only the most experienced, knowledgeable and trustworthy technicians. It is because of this that we can truly offer a service experience like no other. Service charge is $285 for Gas Units and $325 for Pellet Units.
PAYMENT SCHEDULE: Product to be paid in full along with a fifty percent (50%) of the labor cost at time of purchase. The remaining balance will be due at the time of rough installation (the first installation trip), and/or upon the delivery of the product to the job site. DAMAGED PRODUCT: Custom Fireplace will do its best to get damages replaced in a timely manner.

Zach was really helpful and fully explained the differences between the different BBQ options. He also helped us with an outdoor fireplace unit.
Zach was off when we came back, so Andy finished up. Same great service and made sure we had all of the parts needed.

Recently ordered a custom fireplace. On the first day of delivery we realized the custom sink did not fit and the hole was 1/4” too wide for the sink. The sink did not fit without seeing extras space in the corners. We were told the installers could install the sink and use grout to fill in the extra space. After the sink was installed, we realized the face of the sink had been scratched after it was placed on top of the counter upside down and moved around while putting on the brackets. The sink was left with multiple scratches, which we were told we could buff out. I dont feel I should have

We love our new fireplace. Andy went the extra mile for us from start to finish. Of course we thought we wanted the bigger model but after talking to Andy about our home space he helped us realize the smaller version of the Marquis would generate plenty of heat. He was 100% on the mark steering us in the right direction. If we went with the bigger version we would barely be able to use the fireplace.
Custom Fireplace's Installers Forest and Mike were courteous and professional and went out of there way to help installing a mantle along with everything they needed to do with the initial installation
