I am lucky that I found Diamond Exchange NYC in the diamond district. I was looking for the best place to find the perfect round diamond for my girlfriends engagement ring. Mike at Diamond Exchange NYC was very professional and knowledgeable and showed me a great selection of diamonds to choose from. They had my new engagement ring set, sized and appraised in only 3 days. I am so grateful for Mike and will be referring all my friends and family to them. I had an AWESOME experience here. Walked in and was immediately greeted by one of their receptionists. She wasn't pushy or salesy like so many of these other places, either. Instead, she was extremely helpful in explaining exactly what each diamond cut was, where the diamonds came from, how they were priced, and everything else. Even though I didn't end up buying anything that day they were still extremely helpful and went the extra mile to help me out. I will definitely be returning when I'm ready to propose!
