Gigabove Computers

$100.00 and no difference. Said I could bring it back in again and they would look at it, but if you couldn't fix it the first time why would I bring it to you again?

I took 2 phones in S8 and and a ultra 20 to have both screens replaced (both were shattered) and gig above replaced both quickly you couldn't tell that the screens were replacements. Thanks gig above I'll be back when I need something repaired.

My computer crashed in Nov. 2020 and after calling ASUS I was reluctant to mailing them my device to fix. Finally after 4 months and asking where to take it locally, It was suggested to me to take it into A Gig Above in Wauseon to Mark and I’m so glad I did! He happened to be available to work on it the same day. He called me when it came to not having my original drive size in stock (which I didn’t need all of that original storage space anyways, what he had available is all the storage I need). The cost was exactly what I expected it to be and my $1300 gaming laptop was up and running thanks

I dropped my hard drive and I took it to A Gig Above to have it looked at. The owner proceeded to plug the hard drive in. After the fact, I discovered that this should NOT be done. A dropped hard drive should immediately go to a clean room, and should NOT be powered on. I am disappointed that the owner did not know this. Due to it being powered on, the platters on my hard drive suffered some damage, causing some data to be unrecoverable. To say I expected better is an understatement.

They had my computer for over 60 days after they fixed it...after the 60 days i called to pick up (i forgot about it) and they " disposed " of it. No calls or voicemals to let ne know.

I brought my phone in to be worked on and they had it fixed in about 20 minutes and the people working there were friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. i would recommend this place to anyone needing your tech products worked on. Great business!

My iPad screen was fixed within 20 minutes and was restored with no problems.

Had virus problems on my computer that slowed it down really badly, brought it here and afterwards they made it work almost as good as new. Wonderful people working here as well

They were really nice, but a little expensive to me for a screen repair and speaker fix for the issues I have. My screen is now glitchy, and I’ve had problems since I got it fixed. Keeps pressing random apps and keys and spazzes out, and the speaker is a lot more quiet than the other one that isn’t broke, I don’t even know if the speaker that was replaced even really works.
