Up front in the beginning on how long the process is when negotiating a settlement. It is your responsibility to provide them as much information as possible, do not procrastinate on this (we didn’t and it was for the better). Always professional when I had to communicate with the firm. I did once had to offer some “constructive criticism” and I received an apology. Those things can happen and it was not a huge deal. They honesty do work for you and have your best interest in mind. I would recommend Hales and Associates to anyone looking for a personal injury attorney.

I can’t say enough about Brent Hales and his friendly law firm. I was rear ended by a speeding uninsured guy in a truck who totaled my car and fractured my back. I was in so much pain trying to deal with my insurance was so stressful. Very fast an efficient! After our accident we decided to get a lawyer and Brent was the first lawyer to get ahold of us directly and soon enough met up with him. Brent always made sure we had consistent updates on our case and he fought very hard to get us what we deserved. Most cases take years and years to settle, but Brent was very fast and got us settled less than a year!
