Robert G. Joor was born into the industry in December of 1979. His grandfather Garrett Joor was the original owner of Joor Bros. Welding INC. The corporation started just as WWII had ended. After Garrett's passing, his two sons Robert J. Joor and William G. Joor took over the operation for many years.
As the years passed, Robert G. Joor soon became the next in line to operate the family business. With every certification under his belt, along with a lifetime of experience, Robert G. Joor hit the ground running. Robert then decided to take a gamble and open his own company with his wife Jeniffer Joor.

Rob and his crew do awesome work. I've had to have my box truck repaired more times than I'd like to admit from drivers hitting tree branches and other low clearance objects. I've brought it to other local welders like T&T welding in norco. They just threw some cheap sheet metal over it and it flew off and opened up within a week. When I took it to Joors welding last time Rob actually did quality work and placed a patch that has held solid for over a year now and is showing no sign of letting up. This is the place to go if you need trailer or box truck repair without a doubt.

Rob and Jenn created some custom metal framing for inside my camper van. I had a basic plan of what was needed, and they made great recommendations based on their expertise what materials to use and structurally what would work best. The framing was built quickly and installed securely in the van. The metal work is top-notch, clear communication and professional care, and was a great experience overall.
