Initially we were not happy with our experience with ISCT. We had an inspector come to the house to take air samples and to use the infrared camera to locate our moisture issues. The inspector took the air samples and we promptly received the lab report, as expected. The inspector was unable to get the infrared camera to work properly and agreed to make a follow-up visit to the house that week or send another inspector in his place. For whatever reason, the inspector did not return, nor did he return our calls. We also made a call to the office, which was not returned.
