Coming from Fortune 500 environments, the two founders, Brian Kelley and Lee Bell, realized the most efficient ways to develop relationships with quality companies and attract quality job-seekers.
Over that time he has successfully placed over 1,000 sales candidates ranging from entry level up to VP of Sales positions. Prior to starting PVI, Brian ran sales teams for 10 years in the document management industry with Lanier Worldwide, and Pitney Bowes. Brian attended James Madison University earning a BBA in Marketing.
