First new Harley purchase, actually first new any vehicle purchase. Bought 2021 Electra Glide, police bike. entire staff at Perry's was "FIRST CLASS" from Brandon who first showed me the bike to Jim who sold me the bike.
Met owner Jill Perry who was wonderful to talk with. Have been back in person and on the phone with them several minor issues that were quickly taken care of. Everyone on the Perry team made me feel like family. would highly recommend Perry's for you next Harley purchase.

This review is specifically for the dealership itself, although I like H-D bikes just fine. I'm giving a 5 star review, and I haven't purchased anything from them. Jim (who is the sales manager I believe) has been just an absolute treasure trove of information. He handed out the answers to my questions like he was into it and had thought about his answers, not like an encyclopedia regurgitating answers for the millionth time. I appreciate this, as I'm in a job where I'm also answering the same questions on a daily basis. He's figured out (as I have) that if you make the answers interesting to yourself

Not impressed with the clothing selection at all. I went in just to get a shirt with their name on it. Unfortunately their clothing section was very disappointing. Smallest selection at ANY dealership I've ever been to... anything XL or smaller was nicely folded on 2 tables. Everything 2XL or bigger was hung up on hangers with blown out collars. I wasnt able to buy any shirt as the collar was so blown out it looked like something my wife wears. I guess I won't be coming back to that dealership. I'm surprised Harley Davidson allows it...

Bought a brand new Harley with a bunch of add on parts and 50 miles down the road the guts and cap flew off one of the exhaust pipes and Perry refused to help make it right. Will never go back to this location as Huddsonville Harley gladly assisted me with no questions asked. Customer service is hard to find these days and The fact that another Harley Dealer was able to help me and they refused just goes to show how much they care about a customer that has spend thousands with in the last month alone at their location.
