Dr. Paulk is certified in spinal decompression and class IV laser therapy, making him an expert in neuromuscular disease and its treatment. He has also received board-eligible diplomate training in neurology and neurodiagnosis. In addition, Dr. Paulk is certified in treating golf-related injuries and along with your golf professional can help eliminate barriers to your performance and get you playing pain-free once again!

Dr. Michael J. Paulk graduated from University of North Florida's College of Science with an associate's degree in health sciences. He then followed up with Life University's College of Science with a degree in Biology. He then went on to the university's chiropractic program, where he earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic Medicine.

Had the first time getting checked here with my neck and shoulder problem, after a few visits with the doctor, i felt so much better not only from walking and prolonged standing but also my overall sleep at night. Definitely the best place, the staff were so friendly and the doctor is amazing, not only did he fix my current issue but he also improved my overall health, they do not only care for their patients but treat everyone like a family. I highly recommend this place, definitely made a better change in my life.

This chiropractic office is just assisted stretching, overrated and expensive, not even real medical doctors, DCs never achieve any real results, especially the new doctor they have there. You mine as well see the Russian doctor's down the street, who gets you real results. They make you feel like your body is completely aligned in one visit.

They are the best. I have been trying to get a sports physical for my son for weeks and everywhere is booked or not taking new patients. I just happened to stop in this morning and they were able to get us in same day! Such life savers.. and the girls kn the office are just the sweetest!! I will for sure becoming back for future physicals and just might have found a new chiropractor for our family!

Excellent Doctor and staff! Think of this office as a mother to you, she would always care about your health and will always try to make you feel better. This is exactly how Dr. Paulk, his wife and staff are. You will always feel welcome.
The ambient is very calming and their TV has very good source of information for the patients.
Their appointment management is extremely organized. I have never felted like growing roots by the wait time, because the waiting time is very short.
Very clean and organize office. The most important! Wear a mask if you want, it is not obligated! Which is a peace

These people actually require their employees to NOT wear masks. And when asked to put them on they say that it is in their policy to not wear them. They are putting all of their patients at risk and do not think they are in the wrong. I would highly recommend taking your business and your money elsewhere.

Had our appointment here with Dr. Paul on Monday for a consult, and we were impressed with his positive attitude and how friendly his staff was. The treatment plan is set and we are hoping for the best results.
The office is located in the heart of orange park, the building is very easy to find near OP hospital. The equipments here are pretty standard but functional. Part of the treatment my family's member received are the decompression table, and electrical pulse machine.
I am hoping that the outcome will last longer this time and that it won't cost us as much as the last chiropractor
