I never got the chance to post my follow up/update earlier but in the end, they did not care and it appears that they are more desperate for the money than I am so I gave up. The person in charge of communications did respond after I sent an email and she was quite rude. She made it seem like they're always on top of their emails when i know for a fact they are not because I have seen how long or unresponsive they were to my sister in law who was handling all this for me. They also did not care whatsoever about the comment I made about the conditions of the area or the fact that if they would

I don't really write review unless it's a really bad or exceptionally good !!! And Solaris garden is extremely good ! Was supposed to look for Valdez nursery which is next to Solaris ! Funny didn't know I was on the wrong store after a left !!very helpful staff would recommend this to anyone who need garden improvements! Overall great experience got what I need with attention like no other!! Abs the boss also stop by to check on the job !! Which is A plus+

Trying to help small businesses I decided to come here instead of Lowe's or Home Depot. Big mistake!
The place looks abandoned and it's half empty. I asked a young lady for help because they are no prices anywhere, she said I'll get someone to help you but no one ever came. After waiting about 10 minutes I walked up to the register area to ask for help again and there was no one there,So I decided to leave and of course I won't be back.

of beautiful plants . I bought a few bromeliads and the price was good . At solaris they have a small petting zoo so kids can have some fun. I remember taking my daughter here years ago.
Solaris has many events like for Easter bunny and camp in the summer. Solaris can be rented for a party or wedding in this beautiful tropical setting.

Good people great place. Hidden gem in west Pines. This place offers alot more than just landscaping. Beautiful private room for intimate parties with it's own entrance as well as a fantastic open area in the back of the property for large parties with large tiki huts and outdoor kitchen. They even have a small zoo/farm/ranch thing.. great place, very peaceful, good prices, great plants, rocks and everything else you may need..

The service is very good. The knowledge is extremely helpful, and the animals are beautiful. That always take care of everything and friendly. If you go towards the back you will see how well the animals are taken care of, you will see the lion face rabbits and the newborn babies. I also love the goats, the miniatur horses and the birds.

I can't stress enough how beautiful this place is. I like that it looks rustic, but the decor of elegance or rustic will still give your party the glamour you're looking for. Whether you're having a wedding, quince, retirement party or simply "just because ", it's amazing. AND Ask for Olga, she's your #1. I've had numerous events, and guests end up booking future parties! Love it.

I have been going to this establishment for years, practically landscaped my home with yards of river rock, plants, trees and pallets of sod. I went there last week for sod and an inexperienced employee damaged my truck with a forklift. One of the employees called the owner who left instructions to take pictures and record my information for resolution. It's been about a week and no call, email or acknowledgement.
If there was a remote chance that confidence or concerns were present why not load the sod like they have in the past and after they damaged my vehicle. A lot of new faces and changes
