My company held our first annual summer picnic at Vasa Park in 2019. There are so many great things to say. Love the privacy of an enclosed area, the games, the food, all of the details that goes into planning an event were just perfect. BUT, all of the success was undoubtedly as a result of our amazing party planner, Gigi. She was SO helpful in walking us through all of the options, making recommendations, and making sure that our event went smoothly. I really appreciated her being so flexible and patient with us as we navigated through all the "what ifs" of our first annual picnic

Team Play Events is such a breeze to work with and definitely helps us stay in budget while still providing great quality of service (thank you Erin!) . Let me say, Gigi was AMAZING! We were on a tight budget and Gigi worked with us to make sure we didn't go over budget. She even helped us source a location. We had very strict requirements on location and Gigi was able to find the perfect spot for us. Throughout the process, she was easy to get a hold of and was extremely transparent with us.
On the day of the event, we didn't have to do anything! Gigi and her team took care of everything from set up, permits, registration, music

My company has used Team Play Events for years, but I have only recently been the organizer rather than just a guest. I have to tell you, other than a few phone calls and writing a check there really isn't much difference. They handle EVERYTHING. And, with professionalism and smiles all around. Team Play Events ran our annual Company Picnic over the weekend at Elysian Park and it was simply amazing!! We are a Company of about 110 employees and they handled everything and made it so fun! From obtaining the permits for the park, and setting up the bouncer, ez-ups, and games, to the smaller details of super cute table and event decorations they nailed it 100% for us. No detail was overlooked which really eased the burden off of our HR dept. and Company Party Committee (who usually end up not getting a chance to enjoy the event as much because we have so much to handle during events).

Three years in a row of using Team Play Events for our annual Family & Friends picnic, and I don't see us changing vendors anytime soon. The staff at Team Play that we've worked with are very attentive and will customize the event to your preference as much as possible. 2018 was our first year working with an outside vendor for our annual company picnic, and I have to say that it literally couldn't have been easier or a better experience. Every year, our company puts on some sort of employee appreciation event for our employees. It's an opportunity for them to fly us all to the same place (we have offices throughout the country) and recognize outstanding employees and celebrate the staff. I recently had the opportunity to attend my company's annual employee appreciation event at Vasa Park. It exceeded any and all expectations that I had about a summer picnic. When our company first announced we were switching up our annual employee appreciation event from a sit-down dinner (which has been the norm in the past) to a family-friendly picnic-type event, I definitely had my reservations - and I'm the first to admit how wrong I was for having them.

I had my 50th Mermaid bday bash at Camp Keystone with the Wet & Wild Waterslide Party. My daughter went to camp here. So I was already familiar and impressed with the campus. Team Play Events handled all the details and the party was perfect for the adults and kids. The food was delicious, they had music, a bar, lifeguards, pool toys, and we had the Mermaid. I was able to relax and enjoy the party and my guests and even braved the 274 ft waterslide twice. I would highly recommend Team Play Events. Special thanks to Alana who helped me plan my party!

Awful! 6-days before our annual corporate event, Team Play sent us an email to share that our location at the beach was no longer available. They confirmed with us on July 24th and now am going back on their word. We have over 120 employees who have RSVP'ed to the event along with some leadership flying in. We are completely disappointed and will not use them again.

My company used Team Play for our company picnic this past weekend and I would highly recommend them! We worked with Gigi and Michael. They not only took care of all the planning details, but brought plenty of event staff the day of so my team did not have to do anything except have fun. Last year we used a different company and there was still a lot of work on our end. If you want a worry-free picnic with minimal work on your end, I definitely recommend looking into Team Play. This is our second year in a row working with Team Play for our company picnic, and they are really the best. They're open to any idea you may have and they take care of all of the tedious details like permits and insurance . They even got us on Will Rogers beach two years running, which is no small feat. Mariana, our event sales manager (Party Planner essentially) was extremely flexible and was always willing to look into every little question I had. She made planning a breeze.

I recently held an event here for my business networking group and it was a great time. The event was very well staffed and everyone was friendly. The management was helpful with saving some money from last minute changes. The venue is beautiful with large trees and there is plenty to keep guests busy. The food was great for a picnic and good quality. We'll be going back!

Recently my wife and I had a birthday party for my daughter and Team Play provided some entertainment for the party. We have a big back yard and we ordered a big tree house slide and a foam canon. I would have given the company a 5 stars except I found the prices to on the high side although I must say the inflatable tree house slide was really terrific. This may be a case where you get what you pay for. Anyways, if you are looking for some fun stuff for a party you might want to check them out.
