Would leave 0 stars if I could. Hired for a cross country move. Told them we would not be at the house when they had to load up to move. The day before we reminded them of this and they acted like they had no idea and someone had to be there. Put us in a huge bind. Then, it comes time to get our stuff and they couldn’t guarantee when our items would arrive due to labor shortages. Had 0 issues finding another company to step in and deliver with a guarantee. Our stuff never left OKC. Our new movers went to pick up stuff and they damaged almost every piece of furniture we have without it even leaving

I am relocating to Canada, and Bill C. and Gilbert S. were the movers that helped me today. These two gentlemen were professional, personable, and patient. Preparing for this move has been incredible stressful due to the pandemic, border closings, and ever-shifting rules, so I had many questions. They were well-prepared, competent, patient, clear, and thorough. Also, both gentlemen put on masks when asked without balking. My contract is with the Canadian company AMJ Campbell Movers. Ace Moving was the US affiliate,so I had not dealt with this company until today. However, this has been a very positive

TJ, Lyle, and Shane were awesome! They came in and assessed the situation and tackled my move like champions. The guys were professional and friendly as well. They relieved any stresses I had when it came to moving my stuff out of my apartment. They also went in detail on their inventory and took the time to carefully package everything. I have never experienced great moving service like these guys in the 5 years and 6 states I’ve moved across. Thanks for the stories and the friendly service guys!

I was super nervous about them coming in to help pack and move my daughter who accepted a job out of state. They were very professional, on time, they respected my home/belongings and never quit working! Ace, Devin and Dante were the most respectful, courteous and pleasant men to work with. I will definitely recommend them and hope once we reach our destination in Texas the unloading is timely and as smooth! Kudos to them!

I've always known ACE to be the best movers out there. But for some reason, I thought they were only for major corporate moves and would be unaffordable for a small move.
So when I was scheduling a residential move this last summer, I called Two Men and a Truck. BIG MISTAKE. They charged me double what their quote and still didn't complete the move! When I asked the owner of ACE about their hourly rate, I was shocked that it was LESS than Two Men and a Truck. A lot less!
Don't make the mistake I did. Call ACE first - they are the best.
