If your Costa eyewear has a defect in materials or workmanship, we will fix or replace them to get you back on the water as soon as we can. For warranty claims received by Costa on or before 04/01/2020, a processing fee (which covers return shipping and handling), plus applicable tax, is charged for each warranty claim processed.

Customer service wait time is insane. Waited four times for over 50 minutes each time. Don't purchase. You will be sent to a department called, "aftersales" and will be on hold.....and on hold.......and on hold........and on hold. I'm sure the workers are good people, but there is a disconnect within the leadership. I have worn five different pairs ($1,000+/-) and am bummed that I will need to take my business elsewhere.

Not sure what happened with costa Del Mar, used to swear by this brand but something must changed. They have the worst customer service, it's as if you are talking to morons. I am an optical technician for an optometrist. Ever since Luxottica bought out Costa though, we have had nothing but constant issues. Every single order that we place takes over a month to get back to us, and we have had to send every single one back because there are always defects. We have had lenses come back different colors, wrong prescriptions put into lenses, scratches, lenses cut too big or small for frames. And Luxottica customer service is the absolute worst. They are no help at all, they are rude, and it takes them forever to fix any of our issues. One job in particular has been sent

Worst company ever. I ordered a bunch of stuff in April and returned a few items. They have had my returns for over a month and I still have not received my refund back yet! I know I am not the only one as you can see from all the comments on their Facebook page. Not only have I not received my money back but they will not even answer any emails. Many people are talking about a lawsuit against this sad excuse of a company. That is how bad they are. Do yourself a favor and never order from this fraudulent company.

Worst pair of sunglasses ever. Lenses fell out after 6 months. Was told it would be 80 bucks plus shipping. Bought 20dollar lenses online that fit better. 6 months after that all the rubber starts falling off. Was told they could not help it was miss used and warranty void because a professional lens installer did not put OEM glass in. What a joke

After owning a pair of their $250 sunglasses I can safely say I will never buy another pair of Costa Del Mar glasses ever again. I only bought the sunglasses 2 months ago and while at the zoo today they fell off of my lap while I was sitting. It couldn't have been more than 2 1/2' drop and one of the lenses has a nick in it.
At first I thought "this is unbelievable, I've had $12 sunglasses take real falls better than this" I assured myself that "they are $250 sunglasses, I'm sure Costa will take care of you".

I live in South Florida and have worn Costa's for many years after moving from Revo. I found the rimless glasses to be extremely functional and great in the Florida sun. Costa's are also well regarded in the boating industry.
I currently have four pairs in new condition as well as another pair of Ballast that I am wearing and keep in the car. I prefer the 580 lenses in polarized blue but have the 400's and had grey and green lenses also. Each function differently in unique environments.
I have had to use the warranty in the past and just finished a pair. The damage is covered

Wife got me a pair for Christmas, after about 6 months the frames started tarnishing, and one of the nose pieces was hanging by a thread. sent them in and they no longer make this model and said $12 for shipping and warranty fee. told me to find a new pair, which i did and they were $20 more than what mine cost. Was told these glasses are different and there would be a $70 up charge plus $12 for the warranty. Stay away from this company, they are a scam. I'm just going back to my $10 glasses which last 2 to 3 years instead of 6 months.

I bought my fist pair of expensive sun glasses 5 months ago and decided to go with Costa, what a mistake! The frame broke in an absolute perfect line all the way through the bottom of the frame when I was putting them on. Now I have to pay to have them fix/replace the defective lens? So much for standing behind your product. I tried emailing them about this issue but no response. I tried calling but only automated response. Lousy company, lousy glasses. I'll go back to the gas station glasses I have all ways used and never once broke.

Don't be fooled by Costa's "lifetime warranty" on their products!
I understand that certain things are beyond control by companies, but when I purchased a pair of Pawley's glasses online, and they were crooked right out of the box, I sent them in for warranty, as the issue was most definitely a manufacturing issue- an issue that any business in good stead should stand behind and repair/replace.
They gave me the generous offer of a replacement pair for 49 bucks to replace my BRAND NEW Costa glasses! That is not only BAD BUSINESS, but it is INSULTING!
They are returning

Their lifetime warranty isn't what I expected. Almost 100 bucks to fix my sunglasses. I won't be buying any more sunglasses from then.

Repair came back the one piece nose piece and side area near arms is suddenly changed to 3 pieces and now black and not grey. Only cost me a benjamin. I wonder why it's not one piece now?! Could the product have been defective ???

Recently moved to Florida and was told about Costa sunglasses as having the BEST quality, with a LIFETIME repair warranty.
I treated my first pair of Costa´s like I´ve never treated any other sunglasses before: very careful, always in their case, polish the lens, etc.
One day, they just fell out of my head, to instantly get a NASTY SCRATCH in the right lens. When I tried to send them to repair, and seeing that they have a $11.95 repair cost, I decided to spend the $5 to send them to the repair center, to be told they are $69 PLUS $10 SHIPPING (what?)

The Fisch frame and the Man-O-War frame are the two best fitting sunglasses for my large head (7.5 inch hat size) in the Costa line and most other companies sunglasses. I am very disappointed they have recently discontinued the Man-O-War style. Costa is noted for having among the best lenses in the industry and the polarized blue mirror and green mirror are especially noted for use in fishing with the blue for deep water fishing and the green for inshore fishing. I tend to wear the Fisch Blue Mirror polarized more on land or blue water fishing while I use my green mirror polarized Man-O-Wars
