Products are important. But we believe creating competitive advantage for customers through value-generating solutions is much more important. In short, we help our customers solve problems. Innovation, customization and flexibility are central to our mission. Because we are a mid-size company, we are able to implement new technology more quickly than our larger competitors.
We will price the packaging and submit our quotation based on the packaging requirements as we understand them to be. When you decide to proceed with the packaging we will produce a CAD sample of the package we have quoted. Once you have signed & returned the sample we will produce a vinyl (a CAD drawing of the outline and scores of your package).
Cartons come in many shapes, sizes and styles, therefore it is important that art and graphics are placed on the appropriate panels and dimensions are given in the proper order. On the following pages are a variety of carton styles, their panel orientation and an example of proper dimensioning. Most folding cartons will fall into one of these categories.
SBS - Solid Bleached Sulfate : Comprised of fully bleached virgin kraft pulp (sulfate process) fiber. Excellent coated printing surface. Typically available coated one side only. CCWB - Clay Coated Whiteback - Acceptable printing surface, white both sides, but the backside is not as bright as the front side.
