Disappointed. I support all local businesses. I ordered 12 yards of 7/8s drain rock but I had an inordinate amount of fine mulch as well. I was using the gravel for cover over a 6” perforated pvc for a French drain. Not happy with all the mulch that will and or clog up the drain. Two stars for prompt service

The worst service ever supposed to have my load of gravel delivered on Saturday it is now 5:00 at night on Monday and still don't have any gravel nobody will answer the phone nobody has called us to tell us why we don't have our load of gravel that we already paid for definitely going to ask for a full refund and going through somebody else

UPDATED - the company is trying to make this right. They added an additional 2 yards to our next order as well as a $25 discount on a future order. Extremely disappointed - hours late with delivery with no communication though I called several times. We ordered and paid for 6 yards of topsoil and they delivered less than 4 yards - I wanted to use a local company rather than a big box store for my purchase but apparently that was a mistake

Go in to pick up 7 yards of bark, and because it's more than 5 the price increases $11 per yard. Not to mention the customer is getting a lesser product because of the price increase the bark she did get is half bleached out and looks like red hog fuel. Last time I will recommend or get any product from them.

Recently had a great experience with this company. I manage a Habitat for Humanity Store in Yelm. We are a non-profit. Asked them for a donation so we could improve landscape in store front. They agreed to donate way more than I had hoped for and even offered a skidster and driver. Everyone I met at Teddy Bear from the office staff to the truck driver, was so helpful. The soil we received was top quality. I cannot express how much we appreciated the generosity! Thank you for supporting our mission! Would recommend them to anyone needing their services. These guys know how to get the job done!
