To cancel your in-home service request, you must contact us at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled service. Cancelations that do not occur within this time frame may result in a $35.00 cancellation fee. If you are not at home or business at time of appointment, a no-show fee of $35.00 applies. For in-home services, a person of at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire period services are provided.

Same day repair. Technician arrived on time, and seemed very skillful. Diagnosed the problem quickly, and finished the job in less than an hour. I had a problem though with the pricing of the replaced part. But their management called me, and made the necessary adjustments. Overall giving 5 stars for responsiveness and good fix quick job.

Our washer wasn’t draining so we where looking for repair company and my coworker recommended Pacific Coast Appliance Repair my wife was able to book same day appointment. Technician was able to fix it on first visit so my wife was happy. I am glad that we used this company even though it was a little costly. Definitely will use them for my future appliance repairs.
