I am so pleased to have brought True North IT as a partner in my business to have my back to our IT needs. Before I found Peter and his awesome team IT issues were full of stress and anxiety and I feared the downtime and cost ramifications. True North has been incredible to work with. Our law firm switched over to True North IT a few months ago and we've been 100% satisfied with their service. Each person on their staff is responsive, professional, and very helpful. Their managed IT service is a bit pricier than other competitors, but you get what you pay for. Their full service assistance has helped us save a lot of time and headache with our various technology needs. The True North team is knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and speedy. Highly recommended!

Our company has been using True North IT for several years now and I can't imagine a better company supporting our office. Everyone is extremely responsive, any issues we have get resolved quickly, and everyone always has a smile and helpful attitude. Before we had True North IT support, we were a bit lost and having a lot of issues with our phones and computers! When we brought True North on everything fell into place! They are incredibly helpful and make it so easy to get help! Chris is always there to stop by if we need help and get things back on track. They have excellent service and respond to our inquiries quickly and professionally! I would recommend them to any one needed an IT support company!

Chris and Peter have been incredible! If this tells you anything... myself and the company I work for have never had a problem they weren't able to fix, no matter how complicated the problem has been. They are very, very responsive, and although they have many clients, it always feels like they have time for us. 10/10 recommend!
