Absolutely amazing experience. Caring and compassionate and I've never felt so relaxed. The whole staff is incredible and accommodating. I 100% recommend this for anybody going through fertility treatments. Such an emotional experience and they make it as relaxing as possible. Incredible!

Tiffanie at Nest is amazing. She is so kind and thoughtful in her approach. I saw her weekly and she was able to noticeably reduce stress and tension that set me on a path to have a healthy baby (and mom). Very grateful to you Tiffinie and would highly recommend working with her!

This review is really long overdue but having Tiffinie treat me really changed my life as she is truly compassionate and a gifted acupuncturist. My weekly treatments helped improve my stress, digestive, and fertility issues greatly which boosted my quality of life. I've also received treatments from Veronica who is a gifted acupuncturist and highly recommend as well.

I called and spoke with Bethany about wanting to supplement my IVF treatments with acupuncture.

Unfortunately, due to shelter in place and the difficulty of safely opening, their office is not doing in person visits at this time. However, she was happy to recommend another acupuncturist who specializes in fertility.

It was just so sweet of her to think of my best interests, and I think it says a lot in that she prioritized what was best for me as a patient. Instead of telling me to wait until their office opens, she knew that getting treatment earlier would provide me the best success in my IVF

I originally found Nest while trying to conceive and my visits with Tiffinie quickly became my favorite times of the week. When I eventually conceived and had my daughter my visits tapered off in the chaos of becoming a new mom.

A year and a half later, I found myself with a bad cold and desperate for relief, so I called Nest. Not only did they fit me in to their schedule, but when I could not find a sitter, Veronica accommodated me bringing my 16 month old daughter (who is VERY active and curious) to the appointment. I started seeing Tiffinie, once a month to support with hormone regulation and other personal concerns. She maintains space at each session to check in, ask questions, deeply listen, and let me process whatevers going on. After, seeing results - I increased my treatment to once a week.

My treatment plan not only includes Acupuncture and Chinese Herbs, Tiffinie helped me take a closer look at
nutrition, excerise (nothing to vigorous) and my labwork. I am now having a better understanding of my body for long term wellness.

This is where it all began! Tiffinie hosted an acupuncture happy hour, and after attending one, I was hooked. It also helped having found an amazing acupuncturist closer to my neighborhood in the Mission after that initial foray into acupuncture. I've been seeing Carissa Kelly for nearly a year and she is amazing. I was pregnant after a month of seeing her and she has supported me throughout my pregnancy. Not only has she given me amazing acupuncture she has also supported me through dietary recommendations, Chinese herbs and other nutritional advice. 39 years old and 9 weeks pregnant - and I truly believe this wouldn't have happened without Nest. After 2+ years of failed IUIs, IVF cycles, uterine surgery, tears, anger, frustration - I was beginning to lose hope. I had been diagnosed with "unexplained infertility" by the best of the best at UCSF - my only known issue was hypothyroidism/Hashimoto's.
