I switched my car insurance to Jim earlier in 2021 due to the competitive rates and coverage. I have limited knowledge when it comes to the insurance business so I presented Jim with my insurance page to compare vs SF. He was cheaper for identical coverages but he walked me through the why. Also, SF is accepted by more places vs my prior provider, so that made the switch a no brainer.
Fast Forward to August (2021), and my HOI premium for the next 12 months came in and rose quiet significantly. I followed the same process, only said "Here Jim, beat this and you got my business". Low and be hold

I was in the market to find life insurance and to see what was out there. When I called to get some information Lisa answered the phone in a pleasant and well manor way, after getting my information she informed me that she will transfer me over to a licensed life agent. After speaking with Lisa and Julia I decided to go ahead and get a life insurance policy with State Farm. What made me decide was the friendly demeanor they have, they don’t pressure you into doing something your not ready for, and are very informational.

So Jim Walsh has been more than helpful in finding me insurance. I am a 23 year old college graduate who is just starting to take on responsibilities like insurance myself. This is a daunting task, or it seemed like it would be until I spoke with Jim. I am usually not one to leave reviews but I was blown away from the customer service I received with this branch. Not only did Jim help me get the greatest rate possible with discounts and other incentives, but he just was a pleasure to speak with. AND had some very valuable advice for a young man like myself. Julia is absolutely great! After linking up with her for my own life insurance policy she explained to me how now is the time to get my kids whole life and she made the whole process so easy! Talking to her is always a pleasure and she makes all theses tedious processes pleasurable! Shes been so great I am now going to use Julia for all of my insurance needs! Next up is a renters plan for me!
