After waiting for about 2 months for my appointment, I found out in less than 30 seconds that even though the ad says, " We service ALL brands " after she asked me where I got my hearing aides, I was told that she doesn't fix anything from Costco. this place does not practice what they preach, I will be sure to tell all my Green Valley friends about SoundPoint Hearing Centers

1st of all they need to fire the reception of she has no customer service skills secondly there taking advantage of seniors that Have not investigated hearing aids their hearing aids cost $3000 with only one year warranty there were people there where they had to replace their batteries that cost them $300 after just 1 year of warranty on them normally hearing aids cost around $300. I am going to request an investigation of their medical Hearing aids.

I have been wearing hearing aids for about 20 years, so I have been helped by a number of excellent hearing aid professionals over the years. But, for the last two years I have been helped by Amber at SoundPoint, and she is the best of all. She is a wizard at fine tuning the aids for my needs, and she really knows her stuff. I recently bought a new top-of-the-line set of aids, and I am very happy with them. I highly recommend Amber and Kim at SoundPoint Green Valley.
