I recently bought a 'new to me' 2004 Ford Harley-Davidson F-250 Super Duty. One of the cool features of the truck is that it came from the factory with custom Harley-Davidson leather. Unfortunately, the driver's seat had a large rip, and the foam was falling apart. With it being a factory, custom piece, you can imagine how tough it would be to find this kind of leather 17 years later.
I originally thought I found replacement leather on eBay and was going to hire Bob to just install it. He gave me quality feedback as to why it would not work and why I would not be happy with it. Out of sheer curiosity

Terrible business. Bob agreed to upholster my seats, had my springs in his possession and lied to me for TWO YEARS! After two years of checking every few months on progress I found out he lied about any work he did. Excuses after excuses for years. Because I'm a woman, he didn't take my project seriously and one of his excuses was that he didn't think I could afford it when I had double the cost ready in the bank. One of his former employees warned me about him and I should have taken his advice. USE ANYONE ELSE.

Bob is an example of a business owner who does quality work at a more than reasonable price and truly cares about the value that he brings to customers. He replaced the seat back leather on the driver's seat that had a built in monitor, media outlets and a cooling fan. In order to replace it he had to carefully disassemble the seat, fit the new part and put it back. Not an easy task. Well, Bob did the work in a few hours, ahead of schedule and at a price that you'd never be able to get at a dealership. Hands down the best experience I had with auto repair in a long time.
