Services
Alumni from Avery Ballet are engaged in programs of higher education, enrolled in professional ballet schools, and perform with dance companies throughout the U.S. and abroad. Miss Watson's triumphant return home was highlighted in the Free-Lance Star. Former dancer with the Merce Cunningham Trust, Graduate of The Juilliard School.
Dancers are urged to study various forms of dance at the school, as well as to experiment with choreography. Additionally, the dancer is given the opportunity to work with guest teachers and choreographers, to compliment their training with Mrs. Avery and the Avery Ballet resident faculty. The experience of working with these artists provides the student with diverse training and choreography in both the classical and contemporary repertoire.
