Owner Sylvan Incao first moved to Arizona from New York state in 1992 to attend college. After completing his B.A., Sylvan entered the trades, first working as a painting contractor, but quickly moving into all forms of renovation work - especially flooring. From there, Sylvan began purchasing and renovating homes in the Prescott area, focusing on older historic homes.
Trained since teenage years in woodworking and stone masonry, applying his craftsmanship and eye for beauty to these projects was both challenging and rewarding. In 2004, Sylvan and a business partner opened a retail flooring store in Prescott Valley, managing all sides of the flooring trade. Over the years one focus emerged out of the many elements of the trade: hardwood flooring.

We had three bedrooms, closets and a large walk-in closet floored. Sylvan and his crew are the best. Professional, punctual; told what the work plan would be in detail. Always stayed in touch and informative. They worked efficiently and finished when they said they would. Sylvan is very knowledgeable and runs his business very professionally. Cleanup each day. Great job! Would definitely hire again.

I can't say enough good things about Sylvan. He helped us select the best flooring for our needs and budget. He scheduled the work and showed up when he said he would. He told us what to expect each day and for the entire project, which was re-flooring the entire house. His work is flawless. He even had enough time to put in a new fireplace wall. Sylvan listens well and responds thoughtfully. Oh, and if you are concerned about having workmen in your house, rest easy; Sylvan is a man of integrity.
