If you have cast iron sewer pipes, it's very likely you have been having a lot of trouble - leaks, breaks in the line, tree roots, etc. This isn't surprising considering the life expectancy of cast iron pipes is 20 to 50 years. And with the last homes in the North Texas area built with cast iron sewer pipes being in the mid-80s, it's time to think about replacing them.

I have used In House Plumbing now on 2 separate occasions - 3 years apart - for the same thing - repairing a sewer line leak underneath the foundation of my home.
Tearing out flooring to dig a hole in your Foundarion is not a fun thing to have happen but In House Plumbing handled the job like pros.
From initial leak detection test (which is most competitively priced in the metroplex) to isolation test to actual repairing of leak - this company is the best. In house plumbing did the entire cast iron sewer line replacement for my house. Chris was very professional and provided the best diagram with detailed information about the work to be done. Damien was the supervisor on site. It was a huge project and I am very happy with their work. The clean up afterwards was excellent as well.

We honestly had no hopes of finding a reasonably priced solution for our plumbing repair needs. We were told we had a complete sewer system failure and were quoted a very large amount of money to spot repair/spot replace.
