They ruined two of my dresses. One had a bow on it and it completely came off. They didn’t repair it or even tell me it was damaged and I didn’t find out till I brought it all the way home. Second dress has mysterious holes in it now. They are not fine at all. They did a terrible and rushed job. For $20 a dress you would think they would have put a little more care into it. Would have been better off going to foxes on Lawndale.

Update 1/30/18 - Shores called my wife an offered to make things right by writing her a check. Changing my review from 1 star to 4. Would have given 5 if this had been resolved in the store the first time.
Original post 1/27/18 - LIARS. They quoted my wife $300 to preserve her wedding dress. Then when she went to pick it up they charged her $400. She brought it up in the store and they said that $400 was the standard price. Then the manager called her and blamed her for the confusion. I wish I could give them 0 stars (or negative stars). Unbelievable. They could have made it right by offering
