Highly recommended phone repair shop, I changed my Iphone 7 screen two years ago but it has some issues lately, they have changed the screen per lifetime policy without charging a single penny. Also changed battery at the time without charging extra labor charge. They are surely a go to place for any phone repair work, excellent customer service and professional.

I called. They were open and not booked at the time. I was there in half an hour. They took my phone and said the cracked glass would be replaced and the phone available in 45 minutes. I returned in 45 and - there it was!

I called Midwest Phone about my Ipad and talked to Sam who was professional and knowledgeable. He explained procedure, costs, and approximate turn around for repairs on my Ipad. They were very quick to fix it and mail it back to me and now it works perfectly. It needed a new battery and the cost was very reasonable. Would absolutely recommend them!

After these guys fixed my most recent phone I was certain I'd previously written words of praise for their work.
I was wrong.
But in the past couple years I've sent several devices their way to be fixed. I used to perform such repairs myself, because I'm a DIY guy, and felt it was an expense I didn't care to incur. For a while that was great I learned something useful and it served me well in broadening my personal knowledge and skills for work I make my living to a degree.
But to do it myself took time that these days I find is not effective in savings.
They are highly efficient

I had an iPhone 6 that wasn't charging. Could have been a number of things from a broken port to one that just needed cleaning. Could have charged me 9.50 or 59 and I wouldn't have know the difference. The owner took a look, said it was just a dirty port, took it in the back, was done in 10 minutes. Charged 9.50. Great, honest, quick service. Will go back and recommend to my friends.

Took my iPhone 6 in for repair after my 4-year-old dropped it and shattered the screen. Overall, I was satisfied with the repair - the screen looks great and the phone seems to be working well. However, I'm not sure if it was just an off day, but the gentleman who repaired my phone really did not seem friendly at all. I wasn't sure if he seemed annoyed with having to fix my phone, but I just did not feel very welcomed there. However, I would still recommend this place for the quality of the repair but not for the personal interaction.

Well, my opinion of this place got taken down several notches recently.
Went back when my daughters iPhone 5c screen started acting up. Screen was loose and popping out of the phone, and the digitizer was flipping out (touch functionality erratic)
Guy told me that the screen on the phone was not installed by them (wrong) and made me buy a new screen. That new screen started having problems too. Decided to cut my losses and ended up replacing the screen myself (again) and all is well now.
I recommend googling around - you can find he parts to fix these phones yourself and it isn't even that

My iPhone 5s screen cracked earlier this year and I took it to them to have it fixed. It was replaced within 30 minutes and less than their competitors. I was able to wait in their store during my lunch break while they replaced it. Customer service was good. Only reason I'm not giving 5 starts is because the screen is more sensitive now than it used to be. After having the screen replaced, my cheek regularly mutes, presses buttons, and hangs up on people while on phone calls. But hey, there are no more shards of glass next to my face anymore!

Stopped in after reading reviews and found after my iPhone5 and iPad mini repairs I won't ever go to any other repair shop. Replaced my battery and fixed my lightning plug in about 15 min. After a different shop botched my iPad screen replacement they were able to fix it without replacing the glass again (much cheaper repai). Honest, professional and affordable service - what else could you ask for!?!

I had replaced the screen on a phone and I pulled it out of my pocket 2 weeks later and the screen was cracked all over again. I spoke to JCD Repair and they weren't sure what happened, but gratefully replaced it at no charge. The only thing I would love more is if they had an East side store! The lifetime warranty was definitely worth it.

I took in my iPad with a completely shattered screen after I dropped it on the sidewalk. I had foolishly neglected to purchase Apple Care, so I was completely bummed. Then a friend told me about this place. They did a great job, and for a very reasonable price. I hope I don't ever break an Apple product again, but if I do, I know where I'll be going!

Took in my disassembled 4s and in 30 minutes these guys had my phone back in action.
I attempted to fix the screen on my own and had bad luck pulling the ribbons through to connect to the motherboard. I'm wishing I wouldn't have even bothered... the price is right and the service is impeccable.
HIGHLY recommended.
