Starting your own business has long been considered a risky proposition, but in May of 2008, the Poeschel family founded JBC Screenprinting and Embroidery (JBC) based on a growing need they had identified in the Neillsville area. In response to this need and with the support of their family, the Poeschels opened their shop at 708 Grand Avenue in Neillsville.
The property has been in Chris' mother's family, the Tibbetts, for generations. Chris' great grandfather utilized the building as an office building for his ice business, where blocks of ice were stored and sold after being cut from O'Neill Creek. The Poeschels became interested in graphic arts and design early in life.

Services
Preparation Of Artwork: Screen printing requires high-resolution artwork to work with so we can separate the art into different layers and channels. This allows us to print separate colors and designs on film. Burning The Design: Otherwise known as screen exposure, this involves placing the film between a sheet of glass of an exposure unit and the silkscreen.
An Artistic Touch: The first step is all about creativity. We can create custom designs to fit the needs of each individual client. Once the artwork is sized to fit a particular garment, the customer must approve the color and the overall appearance. From Paper To Thread: The next stage in the process, called digitizing, takes place in the embroidery department.
However, please ensure the garments you supply are all new, unworn, and unwashed for the best printing results. Used, old garments may cause problems during the printing process. If you're ordering your own garments, we can't take responsibility for the quality of your garments or if your garments will be ideal for printing.
