Wood decks take an incredible amount of abuse from sun, rain, dirt, and foot traffic because it is a horizontal surface. Over time the harsh effects of weather will naturally oxidize the surface of the wood giving it a gray color appearance. Sun and moisture can cause inferior deck coatings to fail prematurely.

Applying a sealer to your pavers helps protect the pavers as well as hold and band the sand together. Once the area is completely dried out, the pavers are ready to be sealed. We will refill the joints with sand to the appropriate level (1/8"-1/4" below the surface) in order to maintain the esthetic of the paver and also because if the joints are overfilled the sealer will crack and chip over time.

We use the best products on the market for sealing driveways, Surf Koat's Aggreseal Supreme. This product is 30% solids which is as good as it gets. We stay away from aggregate sealing products which are only 17-20% solids, as tehy will not protect or last as long. It creates a barrier which keeps water out of the pores and cracks of concrete, preventing freezing and expansion of the aggregate during the winter.
